Job Description

Conducts student assessments and assist the Center Director with administrative and customer service tasks.
We provide outstanding customer service to parents and students.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and progress assessments to our student body
  • Write clear and meaningful assessment observations
  • Provide customer service to parents at our front desk
  • Assist the Center Director with student schedules and center appointments
  • Assist the Center Director with monthly tuition collection and bookkeeping

Qualifications

  • HS graduate required, college preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills (retail experience desired)
  • Excellent phone voice and etiquette
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Enjoys working with kids and students
  • Calm under pressure
  • Great work ethic
  • Ability to work some Saturday mornings
  • Ability to work between 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM (after-school hours) and some Saturday morngings
  • Bilingual (Armenian/English) strongly preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
