We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-disciplined individual who has outgrown retail, residential, or inside sales and who is looking to level up their career! Ideal candidates for our sales position will be self-disciplined and organized professionals who present well and excel at meeting strangers and making friends with new people in-person.
Your Responsibilities:
- Daily in-person prospecting of small- to medium-sized market
- Setting appointments with managers, owners, and other decision-makers
- In-person consultations & presentations of our products
- Achieving monthly sales goals by establishing new clients and re-servicing existing clients
- Developing relationships & following-up with potential clients and prospects
- This position is focused primarily on establishing new clients and business accounts starting out, and as your personal established book of business grows, will then shift to upselling and maintaining your existing accounts
Your Qualifications:
- Outgoing and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized; able to make a plan and execute it properly with minimal or no supervision
- Presents well in both formal and casual business environments
- Able to get around gatekeepers & build rapport with people from all walks of life
- Highly active and results-oriented position.
- Motivated and focused on meeting and exceeding goals
- Confident, self-starting, and innovative; not easily intimidated or flustered
- Thrives in a dynamic, changing work environment

Position Overview:
This is an outside field sales role. You will not report to a single office location. You will be trained to call on small and medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer our best-in-industry products to them and their employees. Presenting to individuals and groups as large as 50 people. Responding to emails and phone calls from clients and setting follow-up appointments.
