Job Description


Miller Work Truck Solutions are the preferred choice amongst work truck fleet and service managers because of our industry-leading reliability and validated return on investment. The EnPak product line continues to gain momentum within the industry so we are growing our sales team. This role is designed to meet the needs of our expanding up fitter network while driving demand from targeted end-user accounts. You will be a direct contributor to Miller’s organic growth within this segment and a member of a winning team. This individual will manage the states in the Southwest Territory and must be located within the region.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Expand adoption of Miller Work Truck Solutions within key account areas by developing targeted account plans - both up-fitter and end user
  • Demonstrate Miller value proposition by understanding target market drivers and pain points and use evidence based sales techniques to drive conversions
  • Acting subject matter expert in territory about best practices for product installation and operation - work to train up-fitters in best practices to uphold quality standards
  • Training, education and coaching of distributors sales team
  • Create, deliver and present value proposition and technical information about products
  • Coordinate / support promotional planning with customers for the Work Truck Solutions product line
  • Represent Miller Work Truck Solutions at national/local industry tradeshows and customer/end user events
  • Develop relationships at industry association level
  • Assist with special projects that may include developing sales and marketing programs
  • Participate in local strategy development through the collection and analysis of end user customer wants and needs, market trends and competitive positions
  • Expose growth opportunities via consistent end-user contact
  • Bring ideas and experiences back to Product Management to assist in development of overall product development and marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years related sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven track record of developing positive customer relationships.
  • Challenger mindset, able to educate the end-user to think differently about their business
  • Possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must have be disciplined and motivated mindset and be a team player to succeed in an independent and self-directed environment with little supervision.
  • Extensive travel within region required.
