Job Description

The Territory Manager will develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets and have a solid track record of creating long term value for organizations. This position can be done remotely, no move is required.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities for the Territory Manager:

  • Drive Hammerton brand distribution in key southern markets. South Central-Texas and surrounding states i.e. Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. South East (excluding Florida) - Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee
  • Focus on Kitchen & Bath channel of distribution on a national scale to execute Hammerton displays.
  • Establish programming with National Sales Manager to suit customer needs.
  • Train and nurture account relationships.
  • Understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
  • Willingly solve the changing needs of our clients
  • Ability to work with a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.
  • Travel required.

Education and Experience Requirements for the Territory Manager:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years selling experience with hard goods preferred.
  • Brand selling experience is preferred.


Qualifications for the Territory Manager:

  • Proven sales experience in a related product or service.
  • Work with Senior team members to identify and manage risks.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers face to face and via virtual.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
  • Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve the customers.
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
