Eco-Pan, Inc. is looking for a Territory Account Manager in Salt Lake City, UT area.
Eco-Pan is a leading service provider of concrete washout services. Specializing in on the job-site solutions for concrete washout needs including handling, treatment, recycling and safe transport of the washout for Commercial, Residential, Municipality and heavy DOT/Infrastructure projects.
Job Description:
Managing all aspects of sales and account services in a designated territory, the Territory Account Manager (TAM) will identify, grow and maintain overall sales activity according to the Branch Manager. A primary focus in this position is to develop and sell company services to new and existing customers, and expanding channels to market with key, strategic accounts.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the TAM must focus on revenue enhancement & new client acquisition within the territory. Individual must have strong working knowledge and contacts within the construction/concrete industry and can provide technical support when needed. This position also requires a good understanding of the industry’s channels to market and ways to penetrate them.
The position promotes to contractors, concrete pump & ready-mix businesses, developers, architects, estimators and engineers for both private and public projects. Success in the position will require experience in general concrete or construction knowledge in a sales related role. The person should be comfortable with environmental rules and regulations and how to best apply one’s knowledge in this area to find the value proposition of our services.
The individual will be required to work with all levels of management to coordinate, develop, and implement the business strategies, promotions and services to launch into new markets. Coordination with marketing, operations and administration and finance departments as necessary.
Principal Account-abilities:
Manages key accounts, grow sales and find new markets and channels within the region.
Develops and maintains relationships with top management of national and regional accounts located within the region.
Analyzes sales levels and trends, and initiates action as necessary to ensure attainment of sales objectives.
Executes the Branch’s annual sales plans and related sales strategies.
Provides sales data, market trends and competitive activity to both Branch and Corporate management.
Follows all required administrative policies and ensures company image and brand are well represented in the market at all times.
Identifies, coordinates and participates in regional and national trade associations.
Maintains a professional behavior at all times while working well with customers and colleagues; leading by example.
Key Requirements:
Have great customer service, selling skills and contacts tailored to the construction industry.
Ability to grow sales and expand or penetrate channels to market.
A quick sense in identifying, prospecting and improving client relationships.
Quick thinker, able to understand clients’ needs and company’s value proposition to best promote and close account sales.
Must be physically fit as this position requires navigating construction job sites.
Must be able to follow directions given from customers and dispatch our services.
Must be flexible with duties and schedule changes to meet the demands of our customers.
Must be self-motivated to grow the business and work closely with the internal team.
Must have good computer skills and strong in windows programs.
Willing to earn a Class A or B CDL license if necessary.
Salary: $65-70K plus Company Commission Plan. Medical, dental, life insurance & 401K are available.
