Job Description

Telehealth Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician (Full or Part time) - Plymouth

Responsibilities of the Mental Health Clinician include:

  • Complete diagnostic assessment
  • Develop and implement treatment plans utilizing evidence based therapies
  • Maintain clinical documentation on an electronic health record
  • Communicate and collaborate with schools, PCPs, other involved agencies and other providers
  • Assist clients in identifying and accessing community resources
  • Refer clients to a higher level of care if necessary

Qualifications of the Mental Health Clinician: *

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
  • Licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist
  • License eligible candidates will be considered
  • Basic to intermediate computer literacy skills. Experience with an EHR is a plus.
