We are looking for an extremely detailed person who’s not concerned with heights and is willing to perform work at altitudes of 300+ feet. Work every day alongside a safety-focused and highly skilled team, with paid training, outstanding new gear, and guaranteed hours! Become involved in a mentorship program, while cross-training and seeking career path opportunities as a top hand, ground tech, integrator, and more.
You Will:
Work on a team of climbers performing upgrades and repairs on cellular equipment mounted to various elevated structures such as guyed towers, lattice towers, water towers, monopoles and rooftops.- Use state-of-the-art tools, equipment, and resources by joining the company that manufacturers the software and hardware you work on.
- Influence performance and daily procedures by breaking down barriers with feedback and innovation from the field.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Minimum of 2 - 3 Years of Telecom Tower Climbing experience, while performing troubleshooting, cellular radio and antenna swaps, legacy cable upgrades from coaxial to fiber, site upgrades and capacity expansions.- Passionate about site safety adherence, completion of JSA/JHA forms, and learning installation specifications.
- Highly proficient with communication, organization, administrative tasks, and computers.
