Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

O2 Level WHS Tech Job Description:

  • The Warehouse Technician is responsible for providing direct support to manufacturing areas and operating under the direction of the Logistics Manager.

  • Must adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and execute according to established safety standards.

  • Demonstrates, at all times, safe work habits and maintains a safe work environment. Understands and complies with all safety and company policies and procedures.

  • Pick and Deliver materials to the IPT KanBan in a timely manner.

  • Remove nonconforming material from stock, place in quarantine and notify Quality Inspector of non-conformance.

  • Pick material based on transfer request requirements on a first expiry, first out (FEFO) basis.

  • Issue materials in SAP via Inventory Transaction Entry.

  • Receive material in SAP via Inventory Transaction Entry.

  • Coordinate with purchasing and/or quality on receivables that are inaccurate or nonconforming according to Purchase Order requirements.

  • Performs required data entry functions in SAP to execute the receiving/shipping processes.

  • Operates forklift or powered lift to load onto freight truck.

  • Perform regular cycle counts, ensuring system inventory accuracy.

Education Requirement:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Required Experience and Skills:

  • SAP

  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • SAP Subject Matter Expert

  • Current Forklift Certification

  • Pharmaceutical warehouse experience

  • Experience with Cold Chain Management practices
