Technical Writer

Job Description:
Our team supporting the United States Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) in Camp Smith, HI has an immediate need for a Technical Writer, that will be responsible for preparing and maintaining systems, programming documentation, procedures, and methods, including user manuals and reference manuals. Ideal candidate must pay attention to details and have an ability to write and work in a collaborative manner with the Information/Knowledge management team. Primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain a current internal documentation library
• Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required
• Develop training artifacts in support of operations
• Provide support to Microsoft Office and SharePoint end users, develop training artifacts, technical writing, and support command-wide collaboration in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Support project management lead and daily operations
• Coordinate communications and support project management lead and daily operations

Job Requirements:

Three to five (3?5) years of experience in copy editing, technical writing
