What you will do
Topcon is growing and the Talent Acquisition team is adding our first dedicated sourcer. In this inaugural position, you will seek talent to fill current openings, and build talent pipellnes to fill future talent needs. Own our sourcing channels using existing pathways and freedom to explore new channels. Create campaigns to uncover new talent, and stay engaged with leads already in our orbit. Feed talent to Recruiters to improve time to fill and increase candidate quality.
How you will do it
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand needs in the context of role-specific tactics, and skillpool-specific strategic priorities and develop sourcing strategies to attract the right talent for roles.
Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of technical talent drivers, interests, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong connections with talent communities in relevant markets.
Proactively build, maintain and share talent pipelines for key/frequent roles.
Track and report progress on activities and market conditions.
Devise new methods to engage potential talent.
Follow workflow processes to ensure high level of service delivery to hiring managers and the candidate experience.
Create digital content for Topcon's Talent Acquisition social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to enhance brand presence.
What you will need
Preferably 4 years of sourcing experience. Prior full-cycle recruiting experience is very desirable
Demonstrated ability to source and maintain engagement with niche talent
Strong written and verbal communication
Track record of creatively and strategically attracting and engaging talent
Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
Strong service orientation, with the ability to engage and partner with managers and candidates at all organizational levels
Strong sourcing experience using multiple channels to pull talent
Advanced sourcing techniques (boolean strings, X-ray search, digital/physical/social data mining)
Data organization and analytical skills.
MS Office suite, excel
XML experience highly desirable
Google Analytics
LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or other networking databases and tools
Applicant Tracking System experience (Workday a plus)
