Job Description

TEMPORARY Project - 2 temporary hires, one in Richmond VA and one in Norfolk VA. We expect this project to last 60-90 days at full-time non-exempt hours.


Summary of Experience and Skills Required and Essential Project Functions:

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support environment
  • Image laptops, desktops, and workstations
  • Provide desk side support for hands-on issues or remotely
  • Replace/Install phones, printers, network cables, and hardware on desktop and laptop computers
  • Decommissioning of old hardware
  • Installation and configuration of network printers and drives
  • Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems
  • Advanced software and hardware technical skills
  • Experience supporting networked environments
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization
  • Possess strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful
  • A strong candidate would be proactive, engaged, and personable.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
