Job Description:The successful candidate will be a part of a team that supports various technology solutions within the Allstate Agency environment. He/She will be accountable for technical troubleshooting on unmanaged desktop computers, mobile devices and peripheral devices. The candidate will also assist in agency wide technology deployments in support of the agency desktop and Integrated Service ecosystems.
The Systems Analyst (SA) creates high-level technical designs for moderate to complex projects and maintenance efforts by analyzing requirements and systems architecture, collaborating with technology partners and adhering to tool standards with little assistance. The SA assesses, documents, and mitigates design constraints and/or risks and performs design reviews to develop and support optimal IT solutions.
- Identifying systems and technical constraints, potential technology risks, and document possible mitigation strategies for moderate complexity projects
- Understanding technical details, integration, and functions of an application, hardware and/or software within a team; documents and share best practices
- Working with Business Analysts to write functional designs, and understand business requirements and process flows
- Utilizing ITIL framework and KCS methodology to provide 3 Level of support for wide range of Agency technology solutions
- Investigating trends and flaws in a complex technology environment
- Understanding of standards and trends in modern consumer technology
- Can focus on affordability, innovation and extraordinary customer service
- Capable of Building, cultivating, and maintaining long term relationships with business partners
- Has the ability to practice alignment to achieve common purpose
Hours of work:
- 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to meet business needs as required
- Must be available for rotation (if not a promotion); and
- Must have good attendance and a clean disciplinary record; and
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in supporting Agency users
- Must have desktop and application technical knowledge
- Must present working knowledge of ITIL and KCS

- Understanding of Scrum/Agile
- Experience working with CSM solutions
- Experience working with Allstate agencies and on agent facing projects
- Experience with integrated testing

The salary range for this level position is $50,000 - $65,000 based on skills and experience.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
