Our sourcers play an integral part in supporting our teams by working alongside our recruiters while managing candidates at the top of the funnel. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate the business by engaging top talent across multiple business functions and acting as a subject matter expert and owner of market trends and insights.

This role starts at 100% Commission with the ability to earn up to $5-10K per hire.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top candidates
• Participating in various meetings such as daily morning syncs, client intake calls, and weekly sourcing team meetings
• Sending outreach messages through various platforms such as Linkedin, Email, etc.
• Managing multiple emails and responding to candidates in a timely manner
• Creating job listings that are compliant with all state regulations
• Communicating consistently with both sourcing and recruiting team members on various matters
• Suggesting new ideas to create more efficiency with the RFS sourcing process

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sourcing experience, the ability to support a wide range of functions (preferred)
• You have mastered successful pipeline management using an ATS, LinkedIn, Github, Facebook, Twitter, and a variety of other channels
• You are naturally curious - someone who enjoys research and likes to hunt
• You have proficient written and verbal communication skills
• You are metrics-driven - you utilize data to help drive your decisions
• You are humble - you're willing to get into the details and you're open to feedback
• You are adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity - things change quickly in our fast-paced startup
• You have a growth mindset - eager to expand your skillset and excited to carve out your career path in a hyper-growth setting

Salary and Benefits: The salary range based on commission for this position is $54,400 - $81,600. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include:
