We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative with a demonstrated background in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with existing and new accounts. The candidate should be comfortable working from home and on the road meeting clients and prospects. In addition, monthly travel to the Phoenix, Arizona area.

The ideal candidate would have a sales background in electrical, mining, or original equipment manufacturers. Additional experience in defense, semiconductor, or mechanical equipment would be a plus.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, business development, and customer service. This role requires working both in a team environment and independently representing southern Arizona.

Duties include but not be limited to business development, addressing customer needs, providing technical assistance, developing metrics and goals, maintaining CRM programs, and other related technical sales duties.
