Technical Recruiter

VividCloud is looking for a for talented Technical Recruiter experienced is sourcing and candidate pipelining. This position is located in Brunswick, ME and offers remote flexibility, however some in office time will be required in the future.

VividCloud is a fast-growing software services company with a focus on helping clients digitally transform their products and businesses using the AWS cloud technology stack. Our engineering teams are 100% US-based with our first engineering center in Brunswick, ME. We focus on applications in Medical, Industrial, Consumer Devices, Automotive, and Financial industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, networking sites, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and boolean searches.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct phone screens using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Strong organization skills in building pipelines of candidates for future openings.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
