Job Description

This is a full-time position. While the work location is flexible, Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA is preferred.

About the Position

The Rev Recruiting team is growing and we are seeking a technical recruiter to help us scale our engineering, product and operations departments. As a member of the recruiting team you will be responsible for partnering with engineering leadership to align on business needs in an effort to find and hire the best talent in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Balance and prioritize multiple roles in our Engineering department while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy candidate pipeline across positions
  • This role requires someone that is highly adaptable. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of senior positions such as technical roles like Software Engineers and SREs
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads across engineering & product to deeply understand their needs and proactively build streamlined hiring processes
  • Rev is going through a lot of growth and that is reflected in this role. You will have support for sourcing, coordination, and from your manager but priorities can change rapidly and you will need to be adaptable
  • Continue to build and promote Rev's employer brand online and in the Austin and SF markets
  • Inform best practices across our recruiting team while implementing scalable operations and systems across the recruiting organization as a whole

Qualifications

  • Track record of success with hiring highly competitive technical skill sets in a high growth stage environment (corporate or agency)
  • Process builder who can launch new hiring practices while implementing creative solutions to best identify and engage in-demand talent
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting and must have experience sourcing engineering talent
  • Empathetic approach to building relationships and trust with candidates and hiring managers
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready and willing to help out across the organization
  • Commitment to building a diverse and inclusive team and community of belonging at Rev

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with recruiting in San Francisco and Austin markets
