We are seeking an experienced person who has a clear product vision, the ability to execute, along with strong technical skills to plan, build, and launch high-quality experiences that empower our clients


Right now is the opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join Saritasa as we continue our growth and success. We have a 15-year track record of success and have worked on thousands of software development projects. This is a very special and unique opportunity to join our team, help our clients to thrive and contribute to Saritasa's growth.

As a Technical Project Manager you will be working with talented team of designers, developers, technical architects and, of course, clients. You will be responsible for the entirely of the project, from a Product Manager role, creative and planning, through development and to production release. You will have direct influence on the final product in a very collaborative environment.

We are approximately 150 passionate, hard working, people that know a lot about Mobile, Web, Database/Architecture, Cloud, IoT, VR/AR and whatever is the newest and coolest technological innovations.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Natural leader who can guide the development teams and help out with execution;
  • Love getting things right at the first time;
  • Believe "right" is mostly determined by users and objective metrics;
  • Hungry to deliver results in a fast and efficient manner;
  • Advanced in communications with development team and client;
  • Ownership and pride in your work, your duties and responsibilities;
  • Been working in dynamic work environments and can get things done;
  • Great communicator that can put complex thoughts or concepts in a simple language;
  • Quickly identify roots causes of problems, offer solutions, and execute;
  • Can clearly understand the clients needs and desires and define a Product that satisfies those needs;
  • Have 5+ years in a Project Manager role;
  • Have development background;
  • Have strong client-facing skills;
  • Have strong leadership skills.

Requirements

Client Facing

  • Maintain regular client communications during all phases of the project;
  • Ensure the client is engaged and involved in the project;
  • Ensure the client has understanding of the project details, timelines, budgets and technical challenges;
  • Mitigate potential problems with the client by ensuring they are aware of the project risks;
  • Treat the client professionally and respectfully as a value to the business.

Project Planning

  • Understand the business requirements of the project from the client’s perspective;
  • Identify ambiguities in the scope of work and define them;
  • Collaborate with the client to find creative and innovative solutions for their product;
  • Develop project overviews and monitor project schedules within the defined Project Management system;
  • Participate in projects technical reviews at key milestones;
  • Proactively communicate with business stakeholders and company leadership on project status, progress, risks, remediation and current schedule.

Technical Management

  • Understand and resolve the technical limitations or challenges of the project;
  • Communicate with the Development team to ensure they understand the requirements, specifications and business requirements of the project;

Development Process Control

  • Maintain a “feedback loop” with Developers regarding Work Quality;
  • Establish and maintain a culture of “striving for the highest development quality” among the development team;
  • Maintain and enforce a minimum level of work quality from the Software Developers
  • Regularly review system architecture, application code and test procedures to ensure consistency and maintainability of recent changes made;
  • Control release management and ensure production releases are smooth.
