Responsibilities:
In this role, you will create both internal and customer-facing marketing material to evangelize SiFive software products and tools using media such as blogs, conference papers, meetups, trade shows, technical talks, short videos, and webinars to enhance our product awareness and market fit. You will work closely with our ecosystem partners, engineering, product management and sales teams to communicate our technical merits and value proposition to both technical and non technical audiences. The role will be filled by somebody with a tremendous amount of energy, passion, and vision for making complex technology easy to understand and adopt. The successful candidate will be self motivated, needing minimal guidance and direction to:

• Create compelling marketing material clearly articulating product differentiation and our value proposition.
• Be a product and technology expert, bridging between engineering and sales in this highly technical role.
• Create compelling technical content that showcases both our software products and ecosystem partnership solutions in the context of SiFive RISC-V CPU product lines.
• Work closely with product and field teams to drive marketing campaigns that contribute to business development, lead generation and go-to-market activities.
• Train customer facing field and sales teams with the latest and greatest capabilities and features of our software products and tools as part of new product introductions.
• Evangelize SiFive software and hardware solutions at industry and partner events.

Hard Requirements:

• 8+ years of work experience in semiconductor, software or technology companies.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to multitask across software technologies such as AI/ML software stacks, bare-metal RTOS, compilers, Linux operating systems and performance libraries.
• Expert communication and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly articulate product details through the creation of compelling marketing materials.
• An understanding of microprocessor architecture and basic microarchitecture concepts.
• Previous experience in a technical customer facing role such as FAE/AE, Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Lead or similar Engineering Management role.
• A university degree or equivalent in science, mathematics, engineering or related disciplines.

Soft Requirements:

• Ability to balance marketing hype and technical credibility to drive awareness and excitement for SiFive products and solutions.
• Have been recognized within your industry for creating and presenting high-quality technical content such as industry presentations, website content, blogs, application notes, product briefs or the like.
• Familiarity with the open source RISC-V architecture.
• Hands-on experience and expertise in one or more computing technologies such as AI/ML, DSP, homogeneous/heterogeneous coherent multicore systems, security, SoC fabric/interconnect or vector processing.
