- Researching, tracking, resolving and reporting simple to moderately complex program concerns/impacts
- Coordinate & Facilitate meetings and routines involving program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and CCIBT CIO Application Team stakeholders
- Create and maintain CCIBT Records Management documentation and procedures as required
- Coaching/Training new CCIBT CIO resources with specialized alignment to related governance & compliance functions (routines) influencing overseen programs or initiatives
- Collaborate with managers and staff to understand problems and resolve issues
- Ability to navigate the organization, gather information from different and varied sources to clarify a moderately complex situation
- Strong user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Responsible for understanding the milestones and events, deadlines, and actions required to comply with program expectations.
- Responsible for working with the application manager to plan the on-time, successful delivery of the events and milestones relevant to the application.
- Responsible for sharing communications affecting the application(s) with the application manager to help ensure he/she is aware.
- Accountable for escalating to the lead project manager, program manager, or reporting manager any challenges meeting dates or deliverables as soon as they are recognized as at risk.
