SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Team Member Solution Center Specialist to join our Solution Center Team on our People and Culture team. This full-time role will work a hybrid schedule (remote and on-site).
This position is responsible for ensuring the data integrity of the People and Culture system through accurately and timely processing and auditing transactions.
Required COVID-19 Vaccinations for Employees

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to and resolve questions, requests and concerns from employees, non-employees, managers and applicants via multiple contact types including: phone, self-service cases, emails, chat etc
- Accountable for collaborating with People and Culture colleagues to drive resolution of cases re: a broad range of topics
- Surface contact trends and issues, share process/system improvement ideas and work cross-functionally to implement changes
- Process all transactions (employees and non-employees) to maintain an up-to-date and accurate People and Culture system including: onboarding, promotions/demotions/transfers, terminations and performance evaluations
- Complete routine audits of the People and Culture system to ensure data integrity and then research, resolve and/or escalate issues as appropriate
- Ensure employment-related background verifications and onboarding tasks are completed for new hires and conduct primary source verifications for renewals of licensures/certifications for renewals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- People and Culture experience including: 1-2 years of experience in a related contact and operations center (including processing employee data changes in a HRIS system)

- An approved equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly preferred
- PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleSoft CRM experience
- Experience processing employee data changes in a HRIS system
- Experience working in process improvement
- Experience with: payroll, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning/growth/transformation and/or employee/labor relations

- Delivers reliably high quality by taking great care to ensure all aspects of work are completed correctly and by deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills including: efficiently defining core issue(s), conducting research, collaborating with others, considering alternative course of action, resolving concerns and surfacing process/system improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to learn existing and new technology
