Experience:

• If you have cashier, cleaning, prep work, fast food, or customer service skills, great! But if not, and you are willing to gain these skills, we’re here to train you.
• Please let us know if you can speak Japanese!
• Liquor card: please let us know if you already have one. If not, we can help you obtain one

Responsibilities:

• Cashier
• Take/send out orders
• Work the bar line (make sushi burritos and/or poke bowls)
• Barista (make hand crafted drinks)
• Prep cook (cutting and portioning meats, fruits, and vegetables)
• Dishwasher
• Cleaning (sweep, mop, etc.)

Hours per week:

• Part Time: 10-19 Hours
• Part Time: 20-29 Hours
• Full Time: 30-40 Hours

Typical Shift:

• Morning Shift: 10:30AM – 3:30PM
• Night Shift: 3 or 3:30PM – 8:30PM
• Mid Shift: 12 - 8:30PM
• Full Day: 10:30AM - 8:30PM with break
• If these shifts won't work for you (ex: school schedule/other jobs), we can be flexible with hours.

This is only for the training period. This will increase after you improve and we feel you can handle a shift fully.
