Teacher/Teacher Assistant

We are looking for individuals to working with children 6wks to schoolers of age. A caregiver must have a great love and patience for children. Qualifications needed to engage them and earn their trust to enhance their discoveries. The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child and help them reach milestones as they grow.

Responsibilities

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for young children.
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
• Observe each child to help them improve their development
• Encourage children to interact with each other and discover new milestones
• Track children’s progress and report to parents
• Collaborate with other educators
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Skills

• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
• Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
• Ability to keep area sanitized and disinfected at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR & First Aid certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
