Summary:
Goldbelt Frontier is seeking Talent Manager in Alexandria, VA.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supporting hiring managers in identifying qualified BMET candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Use various platforms to search for potential candidates, build talent pipelines for future growth, and maintain an active presence in the BMET community on social media.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for BMET positions to include sourcing, screening, ?preparing offers, negotiating ?compensation packages, and ultimately hiring qualified candidates
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search). Source and recruit candidates for multiple skillsets and use various sourcing techniques and demonstrated ability to handle the high recruiting volume
- Maintain active and passive candidate tracker (pipeline)
- Demonstrate understanding of business operations, talent needs, and job ?requirements to assess ?candidate quality, skills, and overall fit to identify the best ?candidate for each position
- Work as liaison between Program Manager, HR, and candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch ?points and providing diligent follow-up throughout the onboarding process
- Work diligently to provide each candidate a positive experience regardless of outcome
- Coordinate with Program Managers and the Project Management Office (PMO) to maintain relationships and understand the specific requirements for each position and project
- Develop creative strategies to source for candidates and schedule regular appearances at job fairs and networking events

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Four (4) or more years’ experience managing BMETs
- Vast knowledge of BMET industry
- Ability to perform technical interviews and provide thorough feedback
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptionally detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Ability to manage key stakeholders for multiple projects
- Proficient in use of SharePoint
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PPT
Minimum Qualification:
- 4-6 or more years direct experience as a BMET
- Four (4) or more years working within government and or on government contract
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past experience working with DoD and security clearance
- Experience interviewing and screening BMET candidates
