What is the function, impact of this role?

This is a very critical role, central to our growth strategy and the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties that involve all the aspects of the candidate management, sourcing, screening(interviewing) as well as content management/calendaring, daily prioritization for the CEO and the litany of duties that come with being one of the first employees of a rapidly growing organization.

A successful Talent Associate will be able to see what needs to be done, and get it done! This is a very influential position that will demand huge attention to detail, intuitive understanding of how to fill your day when not ‘told what to do’ while looking to grow their own skill set.

Some of the duties of this role include:

  • Managing the voluminous amounts of candidates through our various platforms
  • Ensuring a tremendous and high touch experience for our candidates
  • Managing our social media accounts and driving up user engagement
  • Leveraging several different types of technology to help manage the sales process
  • Creating and managing unique campaigns designed to attract new customers

Some of the skills of this role include:

· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to own ‘failure’ as part of your growth story
· Client facing/selling skills (cannot be timid!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
