Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for creating and deploying talent strategies that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retrain a talented, diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs. They are responsible for the full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, selecting and offering.

This position has the flexibility to work a hybrid (in office/remote) schedule.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years human resources experience
• Two (2) years recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM_CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM_SCP) preferred
