In short, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in finding the people who are crucial to our success. You will be on the front line of talent pipelining for the company, work closely with the hiring leaders to develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit roles across all skill levels.


In long, our Talent Acquisition Specialists:

  • Perform full cycle recruitment process for all open positions within designated business unit and leads the recruiting and hiring practices necessary to recruit and retain top talent;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Proactively source and identify talent using resources including the applicant tracking system, social media, job boards, career fairs and local community network events;
  • Completes background checks, pre-employment testing and assesses candidates; assists in interviews. Coordinate on-boarding process with the HR department to quickly assimilate new hires into the company;
  • Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals, relative experience, and assess their ability against position and company requirements.
  • Effectively share the benefits of the company and role to prospective candidates.
  • Be a resource for current employees and foster long-term professional relationships with past and present applicants
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at internal and external company events
  • Maintain compliance by staying aware of company guidelines, policies and procedures, and hiring regulations.

  • Compensation $50,000-60,000 first year (base plus bonus)

The Specifics.

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or a satisfactory amount of relative work experience
  • 2+ years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)


Nice to Haves.

  • Experience with iCIMS
