Overview of position:
Kadiant is looking for a Recruiter with expertise in high volume recruiting. You will serve as an internal expert to identify, attract and hire only the best talent with a mission to continually improve quality of hire, time to fill, and cost per hire. You will support full life cycle recruiting and provide a red-carpet experience to all those you speak with. You will provide aggressive hiring plans and build confidence and credibility with hiring managers, and qualify candidates by conducting detailed interviews conducting candidate evaluations. You will serve as a company ambassador and champion Kadiant’s mission.
Kadiant is a TPG-backed company in the healthcare services sector, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism. TPG Capital has committed $300 million of equity capital to support Kadiant’s launch and growth strategy.

Essential Job Functions:
- Implement strategic design processes to meet recruiting and hiring forecasts
- Develop passive candidate list through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and other creative avenues
- Remain actively engaged with job boards, social networks, and other platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and position announcements
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Attend, assist, and actively participate in recruiting events including: in house hiring events, onsite interviews, job fairs, conferences
- Screen candidates’ applications for availability, interest level and salary range
- Stay current on industry trends and organizational details (e.g., benefits, structure, and policies)
- Create a winning candidate experience evidenced by quick response times, accessibility to candidates, dissemination of thorough and accurate information, and demonstration of Kadiant values
- Coordinate interviews and offer negotiations
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to support workflow and processes
- Collaborate with Region Training Specialist and training team to coordinate incoming training cohorts • Meet monthly recruiting goals
- Understand and apply state and federal laws as they pertain to employment practices • Perform other duties, as needed
Minimum Education or Training Equivalent to:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D., required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Minimum Additional Related Experience: • Two plus years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferred • Two plus years of work experienced in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field, preferred
