We are currently looking for an Talent Acquisition Operations & Technology Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. The Talent Acquisition Operations & Technology Coordinator will have the opportunity to own a wide array of activities and initiatives and will play a critical role in ensuring our hiring teams and recruiters are well-positioned to meet long-term hiring goals. You will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of the talent acquisition technology stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure optimal candidate to employee transition by working in conjunction with the Global HR and Talent teams to optimize operational process flows and ensure consistencies are achieved and maintained throughout the process. The Talent Acquisition Operations & Technology Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent and building a world-class organization. As a result, the Talent Acquisition Operations & Technology Coordinator can be based out of any of our U.S. locations.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work side-by-side with team members to leverage the capabilities within Greenhouse and other TA platforms (Greenhouse Onboarding, LinkedIn Recruiter, Goodhire, etc.). This role will require that you support administrative, tactical, and strategic KPIs where you'll be expected to not only drive projects but be an active part of their inception, planning, creation and final deliverables.

  • Support various recruitment systems and processes that support our ability to drive the right candidates to our career site through to hire
  • Act as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to optimize the talent management platform to meet organizational objectives and to ensure systems, tools and processes are scalable and drive process improvements
  • Support the Talent Acquisition and HR teams in tracking and reporting on of key metrics, initiatives, budget, and hiring planning; perform ad hoc and regular reporting
  • Audit Greenhouse (ATS) for correct system usage
  • Create and maintain training resources to educate and support global users on how to successfully utilize the talent management platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process related challenges
  • Manage and tracks vendor setup and invoices
  • Participate in vendor-sponsored events (regional user group meetings, webinars, online learning, etc.) to stay abreast of current industry trends, learn new ideas, and share ideas to inform Talent team strategy and decision-making
  • Participate in project-oriented work including writing business requirements, working with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Support other recruiting and HRIS projects as needed


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources
  • 1-3 years' experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Greenhouse, ICIMS, Taleo) is preferred
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work
  • Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Experience working within a customer-centric role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
