We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter/recruitment manager for our rapidly growing team based out of California. This individual will play a senior-level role and be responsible for developing sourcing and recruitment strategies. The Senior Recruiter will facilitate strategy discussions and complete assignments with full-cycle recruiting responsibility. This is a "hands-on" recruiting position along with management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a comprehensive sourcing plan.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and leaders in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.
  • Drive the recruitment process for SLPTele-- coaching and guiding managers throughout the process. This includes creating interview guides, feedback forms, owning interview planning and debrief sessions, and coaching interview teams.
  • Leverage data and reporting to inform leadership using our applicant tracking system, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technologies or systems.
  • Develop effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while seeking to understand their complex and unique talent needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through the Applicant Tracking tool.
  • Tracks and measures performance metrics related to recruiting activities to maximize effectiveness (cost per hire, time to hire, etc.)
  • Initiates and drives continuous improvement efforts through differentiated process advancements, optimized tools and technology, metrics management, and introducing the latest available technology.
  • Change leadership: process improvements, policies, and operational procedures are well documented and change management plans are in place prior to introducing innovation
  • Conduct weekly meetings with active hiring leaders
  • Provides inputs on performance for junior-level talent acquisition partners.
  • Identifies opportunities for participation in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and handling employment inquiries.
  • Assists Diversity and College Relations functions by developing partnerships with various school faculties to identify prospective candidates.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business, communication, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Min 5 years working experience in Tele Speech Recruitment required or similar healthcare recruitment
  • 2+ years direct people leadership experience
  • Experience building, coaching, and managing a high performing and engaged recruiting team
  • Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
  • Full life-cycle recruitment
  • Outstanding interpersonal, conflict resolution, teaming, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge Applicant Tracking Systems preferably PCR
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to success
  • Successful track record as a Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Must be flexible in order to meet changing deadlines or priorities.

Location: Remote

This role is open to all of the US, but must work PST.
