About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop, implement, and drive how Reibus finds top talent to continue building our amazing team! You will work directly with leaders across the Company to understand their talent needs and build relationships that will work to anticipate their needs. In addition to living our values, you will inspire your team to achieve greatness and will lead various Talent Acquisition initiatives that enable us to rapidly scale Reibus!

What will you be doing?
- Build a comprehensive recruiting strategy that builds our employer brand and drive recruiting and retention initiatives.
- Hire and manage the Talent Acquisition team including coaching and developing
- Establish metrics that encourage behaviors focused on candidate quality and candidate and manager experience to measure and monitor the recruiting team’s performance
- Partner closely with the business and the People team to gain their support, involvement, and acceptance for the recruitment planning process.
- Ensure all Talent Acquisition activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures.
- Contribute in any way you can to the success of Reibus.
- Promote, demonstrate, and enforce the company’s culture of Courage, Curiosity, Grit, Honesty and Ownership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in talent acquisition
- Experience in sourcing passive talent and ability to create strategy
- Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinker.
- Strong Project Management experience.
