Job Description:
Elara Caring is looking for an exceptional Recruiting Manager to join our Talent Acquisition leadership team. This position requires a motivated self-starter to establish and build Talent Acquisition's reputation and brand internally and externally through all markets, while recruiting and retaining healthcare candidates.
The Recruiting Manager will help maintain an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork and maintain a problem-solving attitude under stressful circumstances. This position will be required to maintain the company's core values. This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and a full job description will be provided during the hiring process.
Job Requirements:
Ability to develop sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retention strategies, processes, and teams to establish and/or expand portfolio of healthcare candid ates
1-5 years of recruitment management experience
Experience building relationships with hiring managers to promote healthy working relationships and positive organizational growth
Experience establishing appropriate recruiting activities to ensure pipelining where possible
Ability to address hiring manager concerns and problems effectively and timely providing detailed feedback
PHR, SPHR, or HR certification a plus
Workday experience preferred
