Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support functions supporting the recruiting team and 50 - 70 open positions.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with hiring managers and candidates to schedule phone, video and in-person interviews
• Collaborate with key vendor partners to manage the pre-employment background check and drug testing process
• Manage and track vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals
• Support the development and execution of the company's diversity recruiting programs.

We need you to have:

• Associates Degree, coursework, training and/or certifications in HR or related field
• 5+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition
• Experience using an ATS, preferably Luceo
• Excellent capabilities in Office collaboration tools including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams

Icing on the cake:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
• Knowledge of DEI concepts and recruiting methods
• 2+ years of experience in the CPG industry
