Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support functions supporting the recruiting team and 50 - 70 open positions.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with hiring managers and candidates to schedule phone, video and in-person interviews
- Collaborate with key vendor partners to manage the pre-employment background check and drug testing process
- Manage and track vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment approvals
- Support the development and execution of the company's diversity recruiting programs.
Ultimately, you will use your skills to ensure we find the right candidate for the right job, at the right time.

We need you to have:
- Associates Degree, coursework, training and/or certifications in HR or related field
- 5+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition
- Experience using an ATS, preferably Luceo
- Excellent capabilities in Office collaboration tools including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams
Icing on the cake:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
- Knowledge of DEI concepts and recruiting methods
- 2+ years of experience in the CPG industry
