MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead for Workday, we are delighted to have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Kainos.
This exciting role will be responsible for providing high quality administrative services and processes that support our end to end hiring activity in Kainos for Workday.
The role will focus on Coordination and administration for our Workdays hiring across our key locations in North America, UK&I and Central Europe. The role will also require you to assist with interview scheduling and applicant tracking, providing clear and accurate reports and updates on progress to management.
This role will be accountable for delivering high quality work in a timely fashion in line with company policies and process guidelines with limited supervision. All recruitment support provided should adhere to governance processes and ensuring a best in class candidate experience should be front of mind at all times.
Whilst delivery will be focussed on Talent Acquisition support, you will be part of our Business Support Capability to effectively deliver support for the core business as required.
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with candidates and internal stakeholder
- Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes and an understanding of adhering to governance processes
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
- Effective personal time management, capable of multitasking and planning skills to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in tight timeframes/targets.
- Ability to work efficiently, make sensible decisions under pressure and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who can work on their own initiatives with minimal supervision
- We all work in teams here in Kainos – a proven ability of strong team skills, including taking direction from others, is crucial
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in an administrative role, ideally within a recruitment capacity (though not essential)
- Experience with Office 365 Suite or equivalent
DESIRABLE
- Previous experience gained in Recruitment either in house or agency side. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplined team.
- Ability to identify and communicate areas for improvement within the team and business.
- Experience with JIRA, Kimble, Microsoft teams, SharePoint or Workday
