The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Distribution Employment Center is accountable for providing an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating the recruitment process for Victoria’s Secret & Company’s Distribution Employment Center. The Recruiting Coordinator, Distribution Employment Center supports the recruiters and hiring manager with the process, reporting, and administration activities, and serves as a liaison between business partners, candidates, and hiring teams. **This position works in a Hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate must live a commutible distance to both our Reynoldburg & Columbus, Oh campuses: Remote during non-peak (approximately December-May) and 4+ days onsite weekly during peak (approximately June-November).

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Partner with the Recruiter, Human Resources Partner, Hiring Manager, and candidate to support all hiring activities for our Distribution Centers
  • Support Orientation of new Distribution Center associates by partnering with Human Resources on orientation content, managing orientation rosters, ensuring new hire paperwork compliance, and ensuring new hire data accuracy in our Human Resources systems
  • Build and foster positive working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, Human Resources partners, candidates, and new hires
  • Maintain confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practice
  • Monitor employee referrals and process employee referral payouts
  • Generate weekly staffing reporting and distribute to broader Human Resources leadership team; perform ad-hoc reporting when needed
  • May assist in the identification of prospective candidates using internet and database search techniques
  • Potential to cross-train in other Talent Acquisition spaces as needed

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Consistently demonstrates professionalism while having a positive and solution-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and contending priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.)
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition systems (Taleo, Avature, text platform, etc.) is a plus
  • Minimum of an associate degree in a professional study or equivalent work experience
