You will be responsible for researching specific markets, creating diverse target lists for campaigns, and providing candidate development. Additional responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Delivering sourcing services which support recruiters and hiring managers by providing targeted diverse pipelines of qualified candidates who will be converted to full time hires
- Leverage existing candidates from database while building out new contact names
- Use social media, job boards, alumni, referrals, and external research to expand networks and pools
- Track and report on activity in the CRM
- Collaborate with JPMC's Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives including: Advancing Black Leaders, Advancing Black Pathways, Military Veteran Affairs, Women on the Move, Second Chance Employment, Internal Business Resource Groups and Campus related initiatives and programs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Technical Recruiting, Executive level Sourcing and/or candidate research experience preferred, but will consider well-qualified candidates with familiarity.
- Ability to network, engage in cold calling, having sales acumen.
- Ability to develop and execute creative and diverse sourcing strategies
- Ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service
- Technologically savvy with strong acumen in sourcing tools, excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent influencing, presentation and organizational skills needed
- Outstanding interpersonal/networking skills and ability to establish strong relationships
- Ability to multi-task and utilize good time management skills in a fast paced environment
