Job Description
Boecore, Inc. is looking to hire a Systems Test Analyst and Tool Developer to support activities associated with missile defense, including Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC). Candidate is expected to travel as needed (less than 10%) but the majority of work will be conducted at Schriever AFB. Some non-standard work hours are possible intermittently.
As member of the Engineering Support team within the C2BMC NT, they will be responsible for the following: Assist with the planning, scheduling and development of verification analysis tools. Coordinate, develop and maintain analysis and test tracking tools. Ensure proper backup/archiving of test products and analysis datasets (DM). Develop and maintain analysis tools in accordance with requirements provided by the test analysts.
Seeking a motivated data analyst and tools developer to support the C2BMC National Team in support of developing tools and analysis of missile tracking and models. This individual will be a part of a focused technical team verifying and validating metrics, statistics and descriptive analysis of test data from Missile Defense Systems in development in support of national security. The candidate will perform research and analysis to identify meaningful metrics, patterns and trends from the test datasets, and use statistical methods to validate or reject hypotheses about the data. Techniques may include visualization, simulation, and system modeling to achieve the desired analysis results. The candidate should possess technical skills to develop software tools to evaluate software, algorithms and processes used to build the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) element of the Missile Defense System (MDS). The candidate should be able to assist test tool analysts with technical troubleshooting and analysis of test traceability. They should be able to develop straightforward solutions to technical problems discovered and offer actionable insights to C2BMC decision makers. It is highly desirable that the candidate have experience with MDS elements or components, to include operational systems (e.g., Aegis, Patriot, GMD, THAAD, SBX, Aegis) in either a test or operational environment; experience in the use of COTS modeling, simulation and analysis tools is also desired.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Math with 9+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Object oriented software; either Python, Java.
- Experience with the Linux environment.
- Experience with using and maintaining relational databases.
- Experience in the use of software test and analysis tools.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security +) required. (Candidates without the required 8570 certification may be considered on this requisition and if selected, will have up to 60 days from the C2BMC Program Start Date to obtain the applicable certification to successfully fulfill the requirements of the position. If the selected candidate does not obtain the applicable certification within this timeframe, they will be removed from the Program.)
- Must have a DoD Secret clearance.
- Python programming experience.
- Bash or similar scripting experience.
- Strong sense of how data tells a story.
- Use of spreadsheets for data analysis and associated tools.
- Experience in manipulation of large data sets.

- Development and automation of data management processes and tools.
