Systems Manager

Required skills & experience:

• 3-5 years of experience leading teams of 25 or more technical staff in gathering systems requirement specifications, doing software implementation, and performing testing, preferably in a .Net or Java environment
• 3+ years of experience managing successful client relationships at the Director & VP-level
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Experience managing a portfolio of software projects, including prioritization management and tradeoff assessment
• Demonstrated results in SDLC-related process improvement
• Strong peer relationship management skills, particularly in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated experience in technical innovation – helping to create new technical solutions and supporting processes
• Creative problem solving

• Medicaid industry experience
• Service industry experience
• Denver, CO area resident or willing to relocate
