Required skills & experience:
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams of 25 or more technical staff in gathering systems requirement specifications, doing software implementation, and performing testing, preferably in a .Net or Java environment
- 3+ years of experience managing successful client relationships at the Director & VP-level
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Experience managing a portfolio of software projects, including prioritization management and tradeoff assessment
- Demonstrated results in SDLC-related process improvement
- Strong peer relationship management skills, particularly in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience in technical innovation – helping to create new technical solutions and supporting processes
- Creative problem solving
