Systems Lead

As the Systems Team and Wave Planner Team are now joining under a single umbrella and we are creating lead positions for each side the department. We need a Wave Planner Lead to assist with managing the wave planning side of the department and assist the supervisor with things like escalated tasks, client or director requests, tricky waves such as Kill/Fill and Wave Short, in depth issue research, etc. The position is for a single lead for the whole side of the department across both shifts. They will be responsible for the mentioned tasks and for supporting all other LogPro and MH13 wave planners on 1st and 2nd shift before escalation higher.Desired Skills: Knowledge of the WM systems and wave planning processes Good leadership qualities Troubleshooting and research skills Ability to handle and properly respond to client emails Interest to develop new leadership, technical, and business skills
