We are seeking a motivated, process-oriented individual to contribute to our operations and supply chain effectiveness from the supplier through the end customer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with system experts to develop new solutions for reporting and warehouse applications
• Work with the warehouse team to establish needs for reporting and data visuals
• Be the communicator to IT experts for the warehouse problems and needed solutions
• Validate statements of work proposed by IT developers and
• Work with the IT team to ensure all hardware is inventoried and working properly
• Help build macros or other efficiency improvements for warehouse staff
• Troubleshoot problems between various WMS and Order systems and work with system experts to drive a solution
• Understand, and problem solve the different systems and connection points related to inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics
• Work with the business IT experts to drive complex system problems to resolution
• Proactive at identifying problems and implementing swift, effective solutions

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science-related field and 1+ years of experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of SAP experience and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
• Solid understanding of SAP order management, delivery ticket logic, and application development methodologies
• Robust SQL and Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP Systems and Software application knowledge
• Understanding of system mapping/flow charts
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and reporting
• Experience with datasets with missing and noisy data in transportation/logistics or similar industry
• Ability to work with multiple system experts to dissect issues using relentless root analysis and facilitate transactional excellence
• Ability to develop solutions to ambiguous business problems by leveraging pattern detection over potentially large datasets.
• Passion and curiosity for technology, the ability to research new technologies
• Passion for servicing customers. Ability to listen to customer needs, and quickly act to solve their problems, go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
