As a Kuma Sushi Chef, a typical day would include the following:

• Preparing cold food items from our menu.

• Prepping the sushi bar for our day shifts and night shifts

• Preparing sushi, rolls, sashimi etc.

• Keeping the sushi bar cleaned and sanitary

• Other team work-based tasks

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
