Responsible for the successful operation of Wellness Centers. The Supervisor of Health and wellness is responsible for the planning and execution of programs that promote health, safety and wellbeing. These professionals require knowledge of health policies and practices, managerial skills, and leadership experience.

Responsible for the successful operation of Wellness Centers. The Supervisor of Health and wellness is responsible for the planning and execution of programs that promote health, safety and wellbeing. These professionals require knowledge of health policies and practices, managerial skills, and leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- Is knowledgeable in all health and wellness programs
- Ensures each Wellness Center is up to date with all applicable health codes
- Together with Wellness Manager, will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Wellness Center Operations
- Together with Wellness Manager, manage and lead the processes for continuous improvement of the overall customer experience
- Supervises Wellness Coordinators in order to understand the needs of the patients and targets this information when devising plans to better the company's services
- Supervises the tracking of different visit categories with the Wellness Program Coordinators
- Together with Wellness Manager, manages relationships with nationwide and local institutions and health plans to establish and active network of resources that can add to the Health & Wellness program
- Maintains the monthly calendar of activities and events
- Responsible for arranging the training for wellness coordinators to understand how to track the different type of visits
- Utilizes mechanisms to track, monitor and determine the most successful events and activities
- Has a formal undergraduate education
- Has 5-10 years of managerial work experience in a related field
- Has a determination to improve existing situations
