Position Summary:
The Supervisor ? Call Center is responsible for overseeing and supervising the Specialty Clinics and Primary Care Physician (PCP) scheduling operations and functions. This is a first line supervisory position directly supervising a staff of full-time, part time and on-call employees. Work situations require leadership, organization, prioritization, good judgment, independent decision-making and discretion to sensitive situations. Major decisions are subject to the review and approval of the Call Center director. External contacts include patients, physician offices, insurance companies, DSHS, Medicare, and Medicaid. Internal contacts consist of all staff and management throughout MultiCare.

Minimum Requirements:
Two years of experience in scheduling operations/functions
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role; two years supervisory experience preferred
Experience working in a highly computerized environment

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Associates degree or two (2) additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
