Support Coordinator - Administrative Assistant
Performs administrative and office support activities for Skip Masters. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills are required

  • Sending investigator requests and receiving/documenting client responses.
  • Approving/requesting fees.
  • Tracking fees.
  • Checking invoices in system of record, once recovered/processed.
  • Verifying invoices/billing is correct.
  • Maintaining skip accounting sheet.
  • Converting accounts.
  • Irepo overdue updates.
  • Assist with escalations
  • Handling incoming agent and client calls.

Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Alpha / Numeric keyboarding at 45wpm.
  • Excel experience.
  • Accurately copies and computes handwritten and printed numbers from various electronic and paper sources.
  • Effectively fields incoming phone calls from inside and outside customers.
  • Provide legendary service to all customers both inside and outside the organization.
  • Works cooperatively with others, takes direction, and applies critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Skip Masters processes.
  • Knowledge of / experience with state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Gramm-Leach – Bliley Act (GLBA) preferred.

Employees will be in an office and will be required to be able to travel to additional office buildings as needed. The position is sedentary and requires sitting for long periods of time while working on a computer or using other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift or move items up to 30+ pounds.
