About the Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Team
The team supports the E2E Supply Chain at Bath & Body Works, with primary focus on the distribution network. We plan, manage, and optimize the fulfillment of demand using big data repositories, advanced analytics, and modeling. Through our planning and analysis, we provide operational, tactical, and strategic decision support. We are relied upon to identify and develop creative, innovative, and leading-edge ways to advance the supply chain capabilities of our growing brand.

What you’ll do
- Manage the tactical-level planning and analysis for multiple areas of the supply chain
- Leverage critical thinking and supply chain management principles to problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use best-in-class data/analytics/visualization tools to perform descriptive, diagnostic, prescriptive and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with others on the team and those from various business functions (organization skills and project management are aspects of the role)
Qualifications
Technical skills we’re looking for
- Advanced SQL: 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, analytics-based role using SQL coding skills are at or above an advanced level
- Data Engineering: ability to transform large, disparate sets of data into an organized dataset for the purposes of repeatable analysis are at or above an advanced level
- Analysis, Statistics, & Visualization: ability to use advanced analytics/statistics to identify key insights, data story tell + visualize findings are all at an above-average level
