Job Summary
This Supply Chain Operations Specialist role is designed to facilitate the movement of orders & shipments while discovering and driving efficiencies that build and improve operations as part of our National team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor shipments are executed according to plan, in full, compliant and on time. You will drive impact through surfacing new ideas to improve vendor performance and introducing innovative ways of managing a supply chain. As a supply chain operator, you are an expert in executing the end-to-end movement of shipments from purchase quotes to final mile deliveries.

- Executes on purchasing policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Coordinates with Buying team on approving and placing orders with vendors and in the MedMen system in a timely manner.
- Tracking status of P.Q. through the P.O. stage.
- Vetting product images to determine if product meets compliance standards
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams via e-mail and internal systems to coordinate deliveries, provide supporting documents and assist with any discrepancies.
- Coordinate and facilitate shipping documents to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Processes all vendor returns in MedMen system and email communications with vendors and BP&A for proper inventory tracking and financials.
- When necessary, verifies accuracy of invoice against P.O. and manifest and authorizes Accounts Payable to post for payment
- Identifies opportunities for continuous performance improvement and works with leadership to implement new efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree or 3+ years work experience in Operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within multiple software platforms
- Organized and timely
- Highly ethical
- Works well with other departments
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Working Conditions
This job operates in a clerical, office/remote setting and/or retail stores, distribution/manufacturing facilities. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully peform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on stool as necessary.
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel may be required for this position;10%
