This position will provide support to Supply Chain field leadership and that brings the Sally Beauty Experience to life. Provides specific administrative, clerical and data entry services to Vice President and Senior Director of Field Supply Chain. Participates in a variety of Operations activities and projects. Understands roles across departments and build relationships with key partners to help resolve questions and issues that arise from the field.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and maintains various reports and correspondence, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software. Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Reads and analyzes incoming emails, memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance, plan their distribution. Supports distribution and summary communications as directed by leaders.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings. Arranges corporate travel as needed and processes Travel Expense Forms.
  • Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records,; answers phones, responds to inquiries, makes copies, etc.
  • Support and/or coordinate ad hoc Operations projects, including Operational Review, Staff and Team meeting deliverables.
  • Champion Operations programs throughout the company. Provide education and support as needed to help business partners understand the value of effective execution concepts and enable them to efficiently navigate the process.
  • Identify opportunities and provide feedback for continuous improvement in execution techniques and processes from both Support Center and Field perspectives.
  • Remains current on technical and professional developments affecting area of responsibility.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Three to four years in a significant administrative support position
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills in organizing, attention to detail, accuracy, prioritizing, follow-up and problem solving.
