Job Description:
Client and business-centricity is a core value for 360 Partnerships. The 360 Supplier Relationship Management (360 SRM) function plays a critical role in enabling the 360 Partnerships tower, and the broader Procurement Plus (P+) function, to identify and manage its key third party relationships. The supplier ecosystem plays a key role in Accenture’s ability to operate efficiently and effectively internally, and to deliver upon our client commitments. Through fit-for-purpose governance and outcome-oriented engagement with Accenture’s suppliers, the 360 SRM team enables the business to meet its internal and client-objectives. The SRM Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers and maximizing their value add to Accenture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of existing suppliers in line with 360 SRM framework across all required dimensions, incl. performance, risk, contractual compliance and innovation
Coordinate and lead a team (back office) to deliver to the scope of the program
Facilitate Supplier Business Reviews as well as regularly scheduled meetings to ensure alignment between Accenture (incl. all impacted stakeholders) and supplier
Facilitate Innovation Sessions using design thinking methodology and leading innovation projects/pilots
Act as point of escalation for supplier-related issues and drive resolution
Act as internal SME for questions related to supplier scope and utilization across Accenture
Facilitate segmentation process for net new suppliers and refresh segmentation for existing suppliers to account for changing dynamics of relationship
Onboard new suppliers to 360 SRM program, if required per outcome of segmentation exercise
Support SRM team with realization of 360 Center of Excellence objectives linked to client / business, margin, sustainability and co-innovation
Contribute to the development and/or continued evolution of SRM team framework and assets
Work Requirements
This position is required to travel less than 25%
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years supplier management experience
Minimum 2 years operational procurement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Flexible Workforce/Contractors category expertise
Contracting / negotiations expertise
Risk management experience
Professional Skills:
Strong cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration skills
Experience working in virtual teams
Ability to influence peers and stakeholders, including at a senior leadership level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Demonstrated ability to proactively and independently lead delivery of operational activities

Solid project management skills

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $68,800-$111,699 and information on benefits offered is here. If you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.
