Job Description

What You Will Do: As part of Transamerica’s team you will supervise and facilitate the day-to-day operations in the non-financial processing department. Monitor the daily activities of each processor with regard to the departmental service standards and quality goals.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Evaluates and coordinates workflow and activities to achieve expected volume.
  • Oversee departmental communications between CCR's and management staff with regards to policy/procedure changes, market updates and product/marketing initiatives.
  • Field problem calls and escalated calls from CCR's and ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately. Requires in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Ensure proper training of each CCR. Monitor live and recorded calls providing constructive feedback in a timely manner. Coordinate efforts to improve quality of service in the department.
  • Coach and mentor the team while maintaining departmental standards. Ensure performance goals are realistic and achievement is maintained. Prepare and deliver performance evaluations objectively and in a timely manner.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
  • Life Insurance experience would be a plus.

Working Environment:

Employees will be assigned to one of the following work location designations:

  • In office employees will perform all of their work at a Company office location.
  • Hybrid employees will need to work at a Company office location at times and a remote work location (typically their home) at times.
  • Commuting Remote employees will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.
  • Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.
