Critical Time Intervention (CTI) is a new initiative that will serve adults with serious mental illness involved in the NYC justice system that experience homelessness and repeat arrests and short jail sentences. The program will provide a comprehensive harm reduction approach assisting participants to obtain overall health and well-being through engagement in coordinated services and supportive housing. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small and specialized team with a case manager and a peer specialist, using creative and intensive person-centered approaches to support participant engagement in nine months of time-limited CTI mobile evidence-based services.

The ideal candidate is one who has a desire to be involved at all levels; on the ground as well as administratively and wants to advance meaningful social justice by employing the best solutions for justice-involved participants to experience recovery and community-living.
