The primary role of this position is to provide oversight over Providers over such activities as Quality Management, patient safety, patient experience, fostering a positive relationship with Providers and any other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:
  • Provides consultation services by phone for Advance Practice Providers (APP)
  • Serves as supervisory physician for APPs
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Communicates respectfully with providers and staff regarding quality of care issues
  • Promotes WellNow culture by modeling the mission and values of the organization
  • Serves as a positive advocate for WellNow within the medical community
  • Works collaboratively with existing quality and performance improvement strategies
Minimum Education and Experience:


  • Board certification in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
  • Licensed and have DEA in the state of practice
  • Able to work well in team environment
  • Strong “Crucial Conversation” skills
